J R Entertainment Music & Lighting puts much emphasis on quality, and not quantity. We don't have multiple road shows. We don't try to sell you packages, or upgrades. We have only one show... the best!
Some DJ companies start you with a base package. Then they pitch you so called "upgrades". For example, a base package may include a small, under powered, sound system, and a few par can lights. A syatem such as this is good for a small event with a couple dozen people. However, if your event has hundreds of people, is taking place in a hall larger then your basement, then you'll want more and better sound and more lighting. This "upgrades" tactic is used quite often in the mobile dj industry. A smooth talking salesperson can easily convince you to upgrade your package, paying hundreds more over the base price. We don't practice this type of bait and switch tactic. We pride ourselves on giving everyone the same high caliber show without having to pay extra for it.
